It is pre-season 1961 in Summer of '49 and the Cleveland Indians are available...

The Indians are a once glorious franchise in need of some rebuilding, so any prospective owner will need to be ready for a tough job.

Submit applications to the commissioner via the league website with a brief reason why you are interested in the ownership position. Also, be warned that while the league is a historical league, it isn't a pure historical -- but rather an ahistorical 'alternate' (or 'what if') kind of league. Actual players and a sense of MLB's past, but with no set path into the future...
