9th Season of HCL needs an owner

Since Kelric is deciding to abandon his extra leagues, I need someone to replace him.

Benefits include.
1) Always updated league standings page.
2) No salary cap.
3) Excellent forum software
4) Incremental league files. This means if you can get the file each sim period, you can keep your downloads in the under 1M range.
5) HACKING Mass
6) Catobase
7) No DH.
8) 16 teams, 2 leagues, 4 divisions.
9) Coaches with an upgrade allowed each year.
10) International free agents.
11) And in the words of Max Kellerman, 'More of ME!'
