I don't understand what you mean. I use Stickware for my leagues, and have noticed no problems.

It seems that the section for Rule 5 Drafts and free agancy rules reset themselves and i lose my ability to manage it just dissapears the only way to save the manager is to use the tool that allows me to edit while in managing mode...this happens in the historical league I am running...it happens everytime i do the Stickware program...I am running the program with the game not loaded

You are the only person who I have ever heard of having problems. Must be something you are doing wrong. You mentioned something about having trouble with the Rule 5 Draft & Free Agency but I am not sure how these are affected because you run the Stickware program well after completing those items.

The only problem I have had with the stickware program is in the initial year of a couple of new solo leagues I started up in OOTP6.

After running the program, it gives you, of course, the date of the all-star game and the first day of the week of the new year. However, when I set it to that, the all-star game landed either on a Thursday or Monday. I just changed the day of the week so that the game fell on the Tuesday. In the ensuing seasons, however, everything works fine.

So no biggie.

That's very strange. I've never heard of it. What happens if you run it with the game loaded?

That shouldn't be possible. It only creates a schedule.dat file, and thus I can't see how it's affecting any of the other settings.

I also experienced the same thing that targy mentions. If you run Stickware on a league (without it being loaded) it resets a lot of the items (active roster size, etc.) in the league setup. If you simply copy the league files to a temp directory, run Stickware there and copy the resulting schedule.dat file back in to the league directory, then there is no problem.
