Ejection bug
This might be a leftover from version 5, but it's definitely not the same as the "hbp, brawl, double ejection, new pitcher also new baserunner" bug.
Top of the 9th, one out, my star LF strikes out, barks back, and gets ejected. I decide that he's not leaving without me, so I choose to argue and also get tossed. (Don't ask me why... I figured the AI couldn't mess up a one-run lead with my closer already warming up )Now, the only player left on the bench does play LF, but is injured (day to day, 70%). The next batter grounds out, and the bottom of the 9th starts. The AI brings in the closer, but my ejected LF is still in left, but tired. (I guess re-entering the game is quite an ordeal?) He remains in the game throughout the final half-inning. So it could have been messed up when I got ejected also... or it could have gotten confused when the only option was an injured player... Either way, I hadn't seen anything like this posted for 6.03... hope this helps.

When there's a brawl, the PBP says that the hitter gets ejected, but they can still be left in the game if you don't choose to sub him. When it happens to me, I'd sub him to make it realistic. But when it's the AI hitter that gets ejected, the AI leaves the hitter in the game.
I haven't read the forums much lately, but I bet this happens to everyone. |
