HCBLeague needs 1 good owners to start up initial draft. Details inside. ootp6

www.hcbleague.com The rules are up at the site and the league file is as well. There is also info on the teams taken and owner info on the main page. We have 29 known and respected owners right now and are looking for one more. We will be starting with a draft. ALL market sizes are set to "good" and all fan loyalty set to "good" as well. Fan interest is set to "65". A salary cap of 95 Mil will be implemented to start. Any team you see not taken is available as I will update the list as we fill up. But with all market sizes set equal the teams are really just names anyway besides the ballparks.
