Invalid player file

I am currently using OOTP 5 and have encountered a terrible problem (for me at least). I have reached the All-Star break and during the auto save the program crashed. When I restarted it, the message "Invalid Player File" appeared. Since I am in the year 2045, I would like to continue playing with this league.

Can anyone tell me how I can fix this problem? Thank you!

Sadly, there is no fix to this problem. Your player file was corrupted during the crash. The only advice I can give you is to make frequent backups.
