Help with CatoBase 6.1.2 (Run-time error)

I'm getting the following error while importing my 3rd completed season:

Run-time error '-2147467259 (80004005)':

The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again.

Any idea how I can get past this and get CatoBase working?

Do you by any chance have manually entered schedules?

He sent me his data files. The problem was a very rare case of two players getting the same CatoBase PlayerID.
