How do i get a hex editor?
and how does it work? so i can rename my league ... thanks greg |

I don't know nothing about no hex editor, but I think you can rename a league by right-clicking on the league folder, selecting "rename," and then typing in the desired new name, ending it with ".lg".
To get there, go to "My Computer" then "C:" Drive then "My Program Files" then "OOTP Developments" then "OOTP6". Then you should see a folder with the name of your league on it. Then you can do the right-click, rename thing. Make sure that when you type in the new name, you end it with ".lg" so the game will recognize it as a correct league file. I think this should be an effective way to rename a league. However, I don't know that much about this type of thing, as I am not very computer-savvy. You should definitely wait for someone else to weigh in on this topic because they might have information on that editor of which you speak. |
