AI ballpark awareness
The AI should take into account the home ballpark of a team when drafting or signing free agents. A team with a ballpark that greatly favors left-handed batters should consider a slightly less talented lefty vs. a marginally more talented righty. same goes for drafting a little more for pitching and defense if the team plays in a pitchers park.

That would be an interesting aspect that could mitigate/enhance the team styles (see my sig, below). This would mean that there would be more meaning to the "choice" of stadiums by teams.

I love this idea. It would probably cause more moaning about the trade AI, but I would love to see it implemented.
