Total Minors For OOTP 6

I have searched the boards but where can I find a Total Minors roster set for OOTP 6 or something comparable? Also, can I edit the rankings of players that I do not agree with so that they become the default rankings?

I think that GForce only did Total Minors for MVP Baseball this year. The only set he did for OOTP is the All-Time set. At least that is what I gather from his site.

Well, what is the best roster set for OOTP 6 this year? The one with maximum real minor leaguers?

I only play fictional. CBL just updated his set but I don't think it is up to date. See this thread for info. Halofan's is up to date and can be found here
