Installing Roster Sets

How do I download and install a major league roster set into the game so that it becomes my default roster set....also, is it possible to permanently edit the roster set so I do not need to change ratings I don't agree with before every new league I begin?

Copy the league into your Create folder after you make the rating changes. All of the changes you made will remain.
