Teams availible(1st Place, and 2 3rd Place)

The Rockies are open 1st place team 3 games up
The Expos are open tied for 2nd 3 back
The Tigers are open 3rd place team 9.5 back

are all open simms are in oopt5 fow now and converting to oopt6 next season
I can't seem to get an owner to keep these teams. I've had problems with these 3 teams for along time now.

New Owner gets +5 Million
2 Talent Upgrades for any player. No good to brillant

They get Injury Coaches and Development Coaches.

Simms are Sunday's, Tuesday's and Thrusday's 10 games a simm

I'm not sure what the settings are in your league but I'm not surprised people keep dumping the Expos. They usually have the smallest market and the worst fan loyalty. It's just not much fun to manage a team that even when they are winning never seem to be able to make any money.

I am willing to let any team move.. funny thing is most GM's come and seem to be ready to go and then bail due to not having enough time.. 2 teams taken.. only Tigers are left..
