Seriously. Whether you like it or not.

Everyone on the OOTP boards with over 100 posts will be in this roster file. A players ability will be based on his total posts, and potential (for younger guys) will be based on post rate (ie. someone who posts many times a day can be a good prospect if he's young even if he does not have many total posts.)

That being said, because you'll be in it, you may as well have me make the player how you want and fill out a bio in this thread.

Once the league begins (it'll take a lot of prep work making the file first...), everyone will have the chance to represent themselves. If they do not want that hassle, they will be able to pick an agent (and subsequently fire if they do not like what they see) to handle negotiations for them. As the commissioner, I will not be running a team, but will likely be an agent. There would need to be others who don't mind being aggressive.

Anyway, this league won't be starting for a while, but if you have any interest in any capacity (owner, agent... just being an "active player"), let me know. And please, everyone... fill out a bio.

This looks very interesting, and I will definitely be following it. I doubt I have time to be an agent or anything, but I will be watching it closely. And of course, I'll be spamming a lot so I can be better.

To me, there is nothing sadder than a Cub who insists I should be a Cub fan because they are in the same state.

What the hell does the state have to do with professional sports?? The funkiest part to me being a Cardinal fan is that when it comes to football, my allegiance lies with Da Bears. By the way, Effingham is much closer to St. Louis than it is Chicago.

As I said, i'm creating everyone with more than 100 posts whether they respond or not. However, how I create them will be fairly random if they don't fill out a bio.

I don’t know if you saw the other thread by Twins15 in Off-topic, but many posters here have listed their details in the past, in other threads on these boards. Research them to get even more info. Many, many posters have listed their details for other leagues of this type started here. Go to those old threads and harvest that info for the most complete database.

I'll probably try to. But it's a pretty large project on it's own without having to dig up information, so I'm hoping as many people as possible will post in the thread.

actually, even that limit is probably high. I need around 960 players. And some will be guys with almost no posts but high posts/day and a young age.
