does not partake in the rookie draft?
I mean... I pay this "Legendary" guy a ton of money to evaluate talent for me, but when I go to the rookie draft they are all "rated by an average scout" while he sits at home. So I draft a 4.5 SP who is "a solid performer - a great pitcher" (Good - Good - Excellent) only to get him on my roster to have my Legendary scout laugh in my face, peg the kid at 2 stars, and tell me he is (Average - Average - Average). I felt like tell my scout to get off his lazy ass, fly out to the rookie draft, and help me in the final rounds! Anyway... is there a reason for this? Did they change this in OOTP6? |

No reason for this I guess eh? Has it been fixed in OOTP6 at least?

The comment that throws me is "in the rookie drafted they are rated by an avergae scout". That shouldn't be.... it almost sounds like a setting somewhere.
As far as being fixed... it shouldn't be happening to you in V5 so we have to look elsewhere. |

Interesting... I'll have to go back through the settings - I didn't realize there was one. No really biggie - just didn't understand why I paid for the legendary guy only not to use him
