eMLB - 2 owners for Playoff Teams!

Hey guys,

eMLB is just about done it's offseason, and is ready to head into 2008, our 9th season of operation. We'll be converting to OOTP6 very shortly, so this is the only requirement. We are still finishing up matters, such as the Rule V Draft with OOTP5, but it is no longer necessary for an individual to need both to join.

As luck would have it, we have two playoff teams from last season available now. Both are American League teams.

Oakland won the AL West rather handily last season, but failed to get out of the first round, losing to Baltimore in the first round (BAL made the playoffs). They have a solid core of young pitchers in the rotation, and a rather impressive lineup.

Kansas City just became available, and have been to the playoffs in 4 of 8 seasons, appearing in the last two consecutive. The team is built on the 'Moneyball' concept, and is definitely a high OBP performer. The rotation may need some help, as last season it went on a 4-man rotation and survived, but how long do you chance injury? They made it to the ALCS beating heavily favored Toronto in 5 in the Division Series, but lost to Baltimore in 5.
