How many people would be interested in a league with these option? (if not please suggest any changes or twists. I am always open for suggestions) !!!

I like the idea of the interchangeable positions. I've never seen a league with that option.

The NOBSL is filling rather quickly get a team while you can. The owner is making a team page right now he just told me. The following teams remain open.

Baltimore Orioles (A couple pitchers could make this team a contender)
Tampa Bay DevilRays(Very young and talented team)
Toronto Bluejays(Halladay, Wells and Delgado! How can you go wrong?)
Detroit Tigers(Need some help, fun rebuilding project)
Minnesota Twins(Very good team, in AL Central anyone can win)
Montreal Expos(A team that will need alot of help, a great GM could turn this team around)
Milwaukee Brewers(A decent ML team with a good minor league system)
Arizona Diamondbacks(Good ML team and have some good prospects)
Colorado Rockies(Need some starting pitchers and a few infielders)
LA Dodgers(Pretty good pitching and decent batting)
San Diego Padres(Most likely the best team available)
