Still Not Fixed - Playoff Matchups?

I thought that teams could not play a team from the same division during the first round of the playoffs (ie, the #1 team and the WC are in the same division). Also, how come the two teams that advance from the first round in the National League sometimes swap positions when they are in the second round?

I may be wrong, but I seem to recall the MLB rules for playoffs have it that teams from the same division cannot play each other in the first round. So far SI.com agrees with me...

Yeah..That's what I thought, but OOTP does not seem to take this into consideration?
