Question about boxscore

I was simming a fictional league and I check my boxscores each game and on this game (usually don't look THIS closely but it jumped out at me) my pitchers only totaled 7.2 IP?!?!?!? So I look at the home team which won the game and they only totaled 8.2 IP. Any idea what's going on?

Did you check the boxscore during the game?

No, I checked it after the game. I sim the whole game and then I look at the results of the day that was.

It happened again, granted this time I am only missing 1 out for the other team but still why would outs go missing from the pitching boxscore?

I've experienced this every now and then in OOTP5, but I've never missed more than an out. Somehow, somewhere, there's something in the coding that seems to not be counting outs in certain types of situations when compiling the box score.
