Formulas for new ratings categories

I'm sure this has been posted before, sorry, but I like to initially import players based on real stats.

2 questions:

-If I use the editor to edit the ratings based on players real stats and then switch back to the new engine will the new ratibngs reflect the changes I've made?

-Does anyone know the FORMULAS for the new ratings? Like eye is a combination of walks and strikeouts but what is the weight given to each?

Formulas - no. I don't think you will ever find that out without looking at the OOTP6 source code.
