In Game Crash

Every so often when I try to play a game, the game will crash after the 2nd batter.

I've checked the line-ups each time, and no player/position is listed twice.

Anyone else having this problem/know how to fix it?

Same thing for me, but somtimes it crashes on the first batter or the fourth batter. I have sound off ingame so that is not the promlem.

Can you give me any additional details? Type of league, player, etc...

AAAAAHHHHH well I cant play the game at all now. It crshes every time on the first batter. This is the start of the 3rd season. Standard league set up (Default league). Carrer mode. I have a p4-1.9ghz 512 mb gforce card. I have checked my line up and pitching and have no errors. I can sim games but can't play them.

Almost forgot I run win98 and have up to date drivers. updated 5-10-04.
