MBL opens it's doors

After a year and 4 full season with the United Baseball league I have decided to start a second league The Modern Baseball League. This league will use OOTP 6 using CBL version 2 roster set.

The league will have a 100 million cap using rule 5 draft, option years and waviers.

This is going to be a great league, I've been in UBL for a number of seasons know and Jim is one of a great trio of commishes.
