Pinch Hitting Bug

I play my games as the Boston Red Sox.

A couple of times, I tried to pinch hit for Ellis Burks. Usually late in the game when Burks is hitting against a right handed pitcher.

I try to bring in a lefty to pinch hit.

Each time I've tried it, I went to the lineup screen, selected the pinch hitter and moved him into the lineup. When I went back into the game, Burks was still hitting.

I'd go back to the lineup screen before the first pitch and the pinch hitter is in the lineup and Burks is on the bench but the pinch hitter isn't at bat. I'd go ahead and let the play happen, thinking that maybe the pinch hitter is there even though Burks name is there. No such luck. Burks is there and the play occurs with him batting. Because of this, I waste a pinch hitter that never takes his place at bat.

I'm not sure if this has been reported yet. I looked through the posts and didn't see anything on it. Is there a fix coming out for this problem?

I've had the same thing happen. The only other detail I can give is that I was pinch hitting for my DH in the bottom of the ninth. This also carries into the boxscore, where it shows the pinch hitter, but without an AB.
