End of Season Awards Problem

The facts:

Running OOTP 6.01, on Win98se, AMD 566 processor, 128MB RAM, 20GB free HD space.

Loaded Lahman 5.1 for 1901 season, simmed week-by-week using a 140 game schedule, no playoffs. Proceeded to 1902, assigned rookies to their original teams. Still ran 140 game schedule with no playoffs. Forgetting that the season was ending on 9/2, I simmed the entire week even though the season ended on a Wednesday. What I got was the season-ending awards were handed out 4 times, once each day after the season ended - so now each of the award winners show up as having won the award 4 times.

I would assume the immediate-term fix would be don't sim a week when you don't have a full week left in the season, but I would also think this shouldn't create this problem if you do.
