Disabled List

I placed Russell Bailey on the 15 day disabled list after he was hit with a pitch, breaking his finger. He is out 3-4 weeks. He was placed on the DL on July 23. It is now July 26, and he is showing as having 0 days left on the DL, and I am able to remove him from the DL, if I chose. He's still injured, so I won't be, but this nonetheless appears to be a bug.

I have a similar problem. I placed a player on the 60 day disabled list so that he wouldn't count towards the 40 man roster. I can't put him on the 40-man ("Invalid Transaction" is the message) nor can I put him on the Active Roster, because he is not on the 40 man roster. I cannot put him on a minor league club because he refuses assignment. I cannot activate him at all, so far as I can tell.

Also, I should be able to put him on a minor league team for rehab anyway, even if he doesn't want to if I'm not mistaken.

This issue has taken me out of lurking! AHHH!

OOTP 6 is a great game, this does seem to be a problem though.

One way I've found doing a search (didn't think about that did ya CardsFan??) on the board here is to temporarily deactivate the 40 man rules, then move the player to active roster, then reactivate rules. Be sure to put your player on both active and 40 man rosters just so things don't get screwed up when you turn the rule back on.

Cards fan that's a different problem then what Mats is describing. The 40-man bug is a known one, and one that I thought had been fixed during the 6.01 patch.
