Ankit Database Question
Does Ankit have a database compatible with OOTP6? I remember that his database made for more accurate ratings for rookies entering a league in historical careers.
For example, I was running a test league starting in 1901 with OOTP6 using the Lahman 5.1 database and when Ty Cobb entered the league, he had a very low rating for base stealing. With OOTP5, using Ankit's database, Cobb entered the league with much more realistic ratings. If so, what is the most current version of his database and where can I find it? Thanks in advance, Mark |

Thanks Malleus Dei.
Is there information somewhere to find out the differences between the three and how they effect a historical career sim? Also, these are compatible with OOTP6? Thanks again, Mark |

Which is the best for v6?
perhaps this is the wrong question though.... so at least answer Marks question.

Use CarAvgDB and AnkitDB together for historical leagues. Instructions are in a readme in CarAvgDB for doing this. Normalized is an experimental DB that equates players stats from the past with today's stats.
