Whatever happened to PowerPlay Hockey?

I think that it would be an awesome addition to OOTPD if this were to ever happen. Although Hockey may not be a huge sport, I think that if a company like OOTPD released it, it could have huge success.

Faceoff from what I remember was bad, then again, I have a negative stigma against it to begin with since it killed of Black Ice Hockey.

I would sure love to see a Hockey sim added to OOTPD!

Yes, Power Play turned into Faceoff hockey with .400. I was originally going to do Power Play hockey with .400, but when the split happened Rick and Jim decided to go with .400. I wish them the best of luck. And do check out Faceoff if you like hockey. It is like the "Diamond Mind" of hockey in terms of statistical quality for a single season.

As for OOTP Developments developing a hockey sim, I have considered writing one and marketing it with OOTP Developments. However, time and demand has played largely into the equation and I don't know if it will ever come to fruition.
