Scouting Report showing up first instead of Career History??

Anyone know how to change this?

In OOTP 5, you always had the Scouting Report showing up first then you could click on the Player History

I believe it has been asked before and the response was it was a design decision. I think a large number of people preferred to see history first so the change was made.

yeah, I think history's much more important and I hardly ever really look at my player's scouting report

I'd like it to be a configurable choice.

Personally, I want to see the scouting report first.

MD is right. It'd be great if this was an option we could choose to turn on or off. Shouldn't be that hard to code, I suspect.

I, too, like to see scouting reports first and then click if I want to see the history.

It's thrown me off, and I think I preferred it the old way.

Woot. Markus, how about making it configurable in the next patch?

The scouting reports isn't all that important if ratings are on but if everything is off it is extremely important. I personally preferred the old way but if the majority wants the Player History first, that's fine.

It just needs to be configurable about whether history or scouting is the default.

You know what would be cool that would also fix this?

If OOTP remembered the view that you used and used it until you switched.

Like if you click on History, it would should that for all players until you hit Scouting.
This also could apply to the roster and ratings options.. I continually find myself changing the display to what I want because it resets with every position change or level change and every reload. I'd like to click Battings Stats for the previous year and have it stick or pitcher talent ratings and have that always show up until I change it.

Sounds like a much more practical thing to do than making something configurable.

It should be configurable. I want the scouting report first also. I guess none of us complained because we didn't know it would be changed.

JQ, good point. there are certain screens where I have to change the view EVERY time I go into it.

A sticky view on this would be fantastic and not make me have to toggle yet another setting

I would also love stickies in sorts and roster views as well.
