Post patch 40-man problem

In my solo league, I have played 3 games since installing the patch. Using CBL2.0 rosters, both LaTroy Hawkins and Aaron Boone have been released, and the reason is that they refused their assignment off the 40 man roster. You all know about Boone, but Hawkins had been injured for the season earlier in my sim. Both these guys were on 60 day DLs, and their should be no problem with them being removed from the 40-man under that circumstance, I don't believe.

Great job with the early patch, hopefully this can be dealt with in a similar fashion. Thanks!

Were they both activated and then released?

The Cubs transaction log doesn't say anything about DL activation. Just "Released LaTroy Hawkins, he refused assignment off the 40-man roster", or something very close to that. I didn't look at Boone because I have to go to work, but I imagine it's the same.
