Idea for Talent Option
I know it won't be implemented seeing a patch was JUST released, but I wanted to post it before I forgot.
I love the fact that players under 3 years have less accurate talent. But it annoys me that in an online league, people base veterans ability on talent way too much. I'd like to go with the "no talent" option, but then prospects become really hard to judge. I think the ideal option is what markus has now, only after 3 years of inaccurate, but at least available scouting, the talent disappears once a player becomes a veteran. ...Just a thought, anyway. I'd love to play like this and I talked to a few owners in my league who thought the same way. Wondering if anyone else would make use of something like this if it was available. |

I could see how this could be good for online leagues... Dunno how the rest of the solo people would play with it.

I dont look into talent much once the players reach 28+. And this would be great for solo or online play.

Good idea crackpott. I just started a solo league last night with talents and stars off. Drafting veterans wasn't too hard since I had a limited rating scale but it made it a lot harder for me stock up on top prospects. You can still use the scouting report to get a rough idea of who's a good prospect but you're never really sure. I'm really enjoying it thus far. I too have always hated seeing talent increases and decreases so its refreshing to be able to turn it off.

well i feel kinda useless in trading w/ the number ratings, i really dont like them. could you guys int he future patch make another option to bring back those old ratings like: poor, fair, good, average, good, brilliant?
