Transparent Menus

I think I've seen this before, not sure what the solution is, though.

I just got a new computer, install OOTP6 and the menus are transparent, can barely make out the drop down menus. I tried different skins and get the same problem.

Any ideas?

Video: Intel 82865G Graphics Controller
1024x768 in 32 bit color.

you can turn off transparent menus by disabling direct3d in the game configuration setup (this is outside of the game, a seperate application in your OOTP6 folder or start menu)
