Waiver help

OK, am I doing something wrong here? I have put two claims on different guys on waivers, and when the three days are over, they are put back on the team that placed them on waivers...Do I need to do something else, or just click on them and claim them? I need help, losing opportunities here.

The MLB rule allows a team to pull them back. Perhaps this is what's happening?

That would be my guess. I have put claims on players and received the players. Mostly likely those teams are just pulling them back. Which they can do.

maybe an email saying the player has been revoked from waviers would be useful? I also have been confused as to the final outcome of a wavier transaction

I think an email to tell you the outcome of waivers you have bid on should be added.

speaking of emails...does everyone else get an email EVERYDAY about a player being claimed from your team?

This bug has been reported and has been fixed, according to Markus.

I agree that an email saying "Anaheim has withdrawn Joe Smith from the waiver wire" or something similar would be very helpful, or alternatively: "Pittsburgh has claimed Joe Smith off waivers from Anaheim - its W-L record gave it priority over your waiver claim."

Finally, it'd be cool if the email came from the "League Office."

this happened to me too but what I don't understand is this ...

the guy was put on waivers (2nd week in the season) and then I claimed him...the 3 days went by and he was returned to the original team - in the minors...

I may be confused about the rule, but isn't that guy out of options (the reason he had to go on the waiver wire) and must be released and not be allowed to go to the minors?

As I play historical leagues and sim one month at a time (so that I don't have as great an advantage versus the AI), I think that what would be great would be getting an e-mail when a player is placed on the waiver list.

okay im new tot he game, i just bought it and i dont get this waiver wire thing. I have disabled it for my own personal use and im trying to take off some AA and A people from my 40 man roster but they still show. I put 7 guys on the waiver wire to be cleared right away seeing how i disabled the waiver wire and waiver days but they still show up on the 40man roster.

how can i remove people from my 40man roster? i'v already played 2 days and still no success
