Disabled List Problem

Whenever I activate a player from the DL I cannot put him on the active roster if he isn't on the 40-man. This leaves me with the option to send him to he minors then put him on the 40-man and call him up. The problem is though, that not all players will accept a minor league assignment with pretty much only leaves one option. A trade. Any ideas to get around this?

This is a known bug pal, only option is to wait for the patch to come out.
