Please help, can't even get past licensing part!

This is extremely frusterating. I can't even get to the beginning of the game.

I preordered a while ago...

When I go to the license part after I put in my order ID and then click install license it says "windows socekts initialization failed" and nothing else happens. It won't work.

I tried to do the offline license thing. It let me save the licence request but when I paste it on the final step and click "complete installation" nothing happens at all. It just sits there.

Can someone please tell me how to fix one of these two problems or is there another way to license my game so I can start playing?

I think that your best bet would be to email elicense support, since they handle all licensing issues. Here

I've emailed them on Sunday before and had an answer w/i an hour but I can't say it will be that fast but I can say that they are always very good about getting back to you.

It's now been four more days and I still haven't gotten any kind of help from elicense.

They e-mailed me told me to run some diagnostics thing. I sent them the file, and then nothing came of it. Has anyone else had problems with them like this?

What should I do. Do they have a phone number, maybe that would give me more of a chance of getting to play OOTP6 then just e-mailing them...

Is it possible to license the game on another computer and then somehow send it to this computer or would that not work either?

I don't know what else to do
