Waiver problem?

Don't know if anyone has seen this one, figured it was worth posting.

I converted a 80's league of mine and while looking through the league news, it seems to be saying the wrong team is placing a player on waivers.

For example:

San Diego: Placed CF Willie McGee on waivers

Only problem is, he's on St Louis and has never left. He wasn't claimed by San Diego from what I can see, so it looks like it's just the team name is mixed up.

Nothing major, just a minor mixup of sorts. It could be just because I'm using a converted season as I have yet to start one from scratch.

EDIT: Players that get claimed go to their correct teams and not everyone seems to get their team name mixed up. and the players that are mixed up are mixed with the guys that are placed on waivers the same day.
