Scales

What type of Scales is eveyone using? I am having difficulty with the talent scales. They confuse me, I tried putting it from 2-8 to 1-100 to match the ability scales but that only confused me more. Can anyone explain the scales in OOTP5 standards?

1-100 ~ All
1-10 ~ Reduced
None = None
2-8 didn't exist ... this is MLB standard scouting ratings, from what I understand
1-5 ~ worded talents ratings

Note, however, that the true difference between OOTP5s All and Reduced (5 different ratings down to 3) is no more. At least, I didn't see a true equivilent.

Also keep in mind that players can actually be above the scale even if it only displays the max. Not all players with 100 ratings are equal.
