Interest in this idea? (Commish only league)
I know, there are always like 3,000 leagues starting up with the guys saying "anyone want to join this league?", but MAYBE some guys would be interested in this.
I am thinking about creating a "Commish Only" league, where in order to qualify to join, you must be the commish or co-commish of an online league that is currently up and running. A standard 3 sim a week, 10 days each sim league, using fictional players, maybe like 20 to 24 teams. Any interest in this? |

alternative
I'm out of the creating league game after my Riskball went belly up, but what about a league where you only have GM's that have won the World Series?

Why does it have to be "a Commishes League"? Does being a Commish automatically determine that they are better at running a team then other "Non-Commishes"? I know PLENTY of Commish that absolutly S-U-C-K at running there teams...
I was just wondering what your thoughts were about that? |

Well, from my experience, most commish's are the guys who understand what it takes to run a league, are typically cool, patient guys, and are less likely to be complete tools like some owners tend to turn into

Commishes also have less available time than others and are typically not looking for other leagues to join. This idea has been floated before, but didn't catch on then and I bet it won't now.

The Tournament of Champions
32 Leagues send their WS winner to the tournament. 1980-2010 years only, real players only (except for 2004+ players). Bracket style, single elimination. Commish collects all team files from WS winners. What do you think? Will that create a problem with duplicate players? |
