IL vs. Duke

Don't know how many of you are into college basketball, but I'm a decent Illni fan, don't go to the school or anything, just live in the state. Anyone else watching this game? I can't figure out why Bruce Weber is intent on using Jack Ingram, this guy is garbage. Deng and Williams own this guy. I think this mismatch is going to be the reason why Illinois loses.

Dihan is a hell of a warror. Playing with broken/bruises (not sure which it is) ribs. He's been all over the floor all night. JJ Redick is an amazing shooter. Probably the best in the NCAA.

Looks like my pick to win it all will be moving on to the next round!

Nick Smith is the reason why Illinois lost. His head was up his ass the entire game.

Duhan was quite a warrior tonight. Everytime you turned around he was hitting the floor. Painful as hell with those ribs. Kudos to him and my Dukies.

Gibson swings, and a fly ball to deep right field! This is gonna be a home run! Unbelievable! A home run for Gibson! And the Dodgers have won the game, 5 to 4; I don't believe what I just saw! I don't believe what I just saw!

I blame him and Ingram. They were no help to Augustine in the inside game.

As good as this Duke team maybe, I can only see one player that I can see having more than a three or four career in the NBA and that's Loul Deng.

I had never heard of him before until Nick Smith implanted his head next to his colon before the game against Duke. Can any of you also honestly tell me you've heard of this Ingram kid before yesterday? Ingram sucks becasue he didn't have game experience. You can't blame him for not performing well against Duke yesterday, especially when he's playing behind a NO TALENT like Nick Smith

Caught the second half, only. Wish I didn't. Will they ever make it to the Final Four?

while i agree that nick smith did play a part and is possibly the laziest college basketball player i've ever seen... and has no chin...
i think the main reason illinois lost is bruce weber's lack of coaching on defense. why the hell do you stick with man defense the whole game? duke knows you're coming with it to start, and they handled it well early, you should switch to a zone of some type. 71% shooting in the second half by duke!!

you dont win games when the other team shoots that well.

I'm hoping he gets drafted by the Boston Celtics.

I would Love to see Brown get drafted by the Celtics...However he should be a top 5 pick(According to NCAA Broadcasters) And right now the Celtics wont be in position to draft Brown. However....The Celtics Are rumors to be interested in Trading Paul Pierce to the Bulls for Chandler/Antonio Davis and there 1st rounder. Which would be top 5, maybe top 3.

Dee Brown isn't going pro this year, and he's made references in the past about staying all 4 years. (Though I think he may jump after next year--he does have a kid to support.)
I frequent the Illinois message boards where they frickin' analyze every word printed/televised/ever thought of about the Illini and Brown going pro isn't even a rumor over there.
