All star Editor 5.0.1 patch

I made a patch to corrected small issues in the all star editor.
You still need to download version 5.0.0, than the patch 5.0.1
that you need to apply.

The file will be posted t tresclub.com

Version 5.0.1
New in this version
The player position is now showed after the players name
The players list is in alphabetic order

Fix
The all star team list was in alphabetic order causing problems
when saving the teams if the American League's name was in second position in the list. Now the list is no more in alphabetic order.
