what porgram do you use. cause i wanna learn to circle an image like you do with many of your logos

I use Photoshop. Circles are actually pretty easy, just use the circular marquee tool to make the circle then create the layer by using alt+delete

BTW, The font I used for the Blacksox logo is called "TGI Friday". It is very close to the font used by the Red Sox
