Adkit Modified Issue

I read on a thread about Ankit's DB in which real players are assigned random debut years (maybe Mickey Mantle in 1912, Babe Ruth in 1988, etc) I did some searching and found the file here...

I unzipped it into the C:/stats folder and then tried to create a historical league (starting in 1901)... I had a few problems..

1- There seem to be no teams associated w this DB

2- The players ages I THOUGHT were supposed to corrispond w debut year, i have tried it several times, but each time Rick Burelson is -79 years old, Dave Parker -76, etc etc.

Problem 1 I worked around (though probobly in a wrong way) by downloading a differant Ankit DB (CarAveDB5, AnkitDb5, etc) then takeing the teams.csv files and putting them in the C:stats folder, however most of my guys still have NEGATIVE ages. Im sure its a simply answer that i just cant figure out

ANY HELP??? would be greatly appreciated.

Also its not only NEGATIVE ages...

Bob Cerv is 57 (though a 6 in hits, 6 in hrs and a 5 star player)
Jay Payton is 53
Eric Karros is 57

Scared me here... thinking it was my DB that went nuts, but thankfully its not. Anyways, you want to write to an e-mail to Allenmar about this, I am sure he can help you sort it out.
