Need help using Pierre's Allstar Editor (New one)

I am computer-challenged. I hope it is not too much to ask timewise.
It would very much appreciated, if someone familiar with Pierre's New Allstar Editor would give me step-by-step instructions on how to use it.

Dream Teams taught me how to use the Player Import Editor.

So given good instructions I should be able to do this, too.

When opening the utility, you have a button in the bottom called:
"Help /About" Press on it, and you should find another button "Help". I have put a small help text there.
