Insurance Policies for Players Salaries

Just a thought; perhaps a future feature could include insurance policies on player salaries. With this feature you can pay for insurance on player salaries in case they suffer season or career ending injuries. If you take on the added expense of insurance, you would not be required to continue to pay the player should he suffer such injuries. If you take the gamble and not pay for the insurance, especially if you are strapped for the cash, the player's salary would continue to be part of your salary budget until the contract expires or the season ends. This is not an original idea by me, soccer sims have such features.
MLB teams though do have insurance policies on their players salaries so it might be a nice feature to implement into the game. What do you think?

Sounds like a great idea. I love the financial aspect of the game. Sounds good.

i have seen that in a soccer game whose title escapes me now. could be nice down the road, but i think the game needs other tweaks, more important in my opinion, before going that route.
