I am sure I'm not along in seeing eactly what I want in my head and then finding it difficult to get it right on paper/screen.

I wanted this logo to look kinda like a painting I guess, brush strokes, just 2/3 colours. And athough what I have come up with so far isn't bad, it isn't what I imagined it to be.

So, feel free to come up with alternatives or suggestions. The text isn't right I know, I have been trying all sorts of options/colours without much success.

Anyway, this is what I have so far.

MG: #2 is much better...it has a sense of motion.

What if you added a baseball at the center of the windmill...maybe with an "A" in it?

Or a batter swinging?

Sorry, all I can do is enjoy the logo and make suggestions...no graphics skills whatsoever.

Thanks for the comments I was thinking of putting SOMETHING in the middle, perhaps a baseball but it didn't sound quite right on it's own - the "A" should be the icing on the cake

And the batter idea is a good place to start for making the alternative Windmills logo. I have decided to have two logos for each team (like I did with Barca), one quite simple and another with some graphics involved.

Right, thanks to Eugene's top suggestions I have completed the logo for the Amsterdam Windmills Only another 23 logos to complete, wahoo! Well, got three other logos done but have yet to make up alternatives for them
