Looking to start a new league

Hey everyone.
I've been bouncing around to different leagues, and haven't really found what I'm looking for. So it looks like I have to start my own league.

The new league will be real teams/players (though I'm open to relocations) but each league will go back to the 2 division system.

Since I've never run a league, I'm looking for veteran owners, and someone interested in co-commishing to help avoid any huge screw-ups I might make.

Obviously using OOTP5, current patches. Also using the TotalMinors rosters found @ baseballsimcentral.com, unless there's an up to date roster set that I haven't seen.

I'd like to claim Seattle, but if it's Seattle or nothing for someone, I'd defer to another team.

Well I would hate to see patricknerd waste his time, get a team ruined in his league, and have his league slandered like the last guy who let fitterer join his league.
