Post HTML Report problem

I am a part of an ootp3 league, I run the games and send the html reports to the commish who uploads the files to the site the next day. What I have been doing is using C:\Leaguesite and creating a report there so we have the league report for all season and also doing one everyday called c:\daily that only has that days reports on them so I can send a much smaller file to the commish. For some reason today I did everything like normal and I can create the daily report but when I do the one for leaguesite it always shuts down on me, any clue why? I know I could just copy and paste into the new folder but I'm just curious. I have windows xp and have a 512k memory chip so that certainly shouldn't be the problem...

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Another option would be to email the league file to the commish and have him run the HTML reports himself. Since you are already sending him the file, i assume, this would save you a step and what sounds like to be a heasdache.

bigcdogg21 I had a problem where the game would crash near the end of the html output everytime (in the team pages). I was able to solve this by reinstalling. Remember to unlicense the game first if it's OOTP.

I have a little over 8 GB left on my hard drive. I think I found out what the problem was though, I just don't know how to solve it. In my "leaguesite" folder player card 1454 says it's corrupted and unreadable. I can't move it, delete, pretty much do anything to it. This is probably why I can do the daily one but not the leaguesite one, once it tries to update that player it can't overwrite the file and crashes. I can just copy all the boxscores and stuff into a new folder and start updating it to that one, I just won't be able to delete the leaguesite folder because of this corrupt file... I actually have a boxscore in the league file that says the same thing, sure makes it a pain to keep a backup of the league. I'm having some other problems with computer so I may just save a copy of the league without the bad file and do a fresh install of windows.

Jeff-

All I send him is the html reports, not the actual league file. I just zip the html reports, send them to him, and he uploads them to the site with an ftp software.

Thanks

Ok I went ahead and re-installed Windows, something I've been meaning to do. Now I have a problem, looks like I was warned earlier but I don't quite understand. I re-downloaded the ootp3 setup file, went to set it back up but when I enter in my licence number it says:

Unable to get or install a license

Retrieval of license failed with error code = 11.

There are no licenses currently available for this Order ID.

You have installed all of the licenses for this product to which you are entitled. If you need additional licenses, you will need to contact the publisher or vendor store you purchased this product from, or you will need to purchase another copy.

I sure hope that last sentence is not the case... What can I, or do I, have to do?

Nevermind, I went through previous posts and found out what the problem was. Talked to Viatech and got the problem solved.

Thanks
