Salary Cap/Trading

In my league we have a cap of 70 million. Now one of the owners and I wanted to know if you could trade money for players? If you can, how would you do so and what would you change to the team recieving the cash, in this case there recieveing 4 million. Thanks.

You could turn finances off, release the player from Team A, sign the player to Team B. Then I would say turn finances back on and subtract 4M from Team B and add 4M to Team A in cash on hand.

Take x amount of cash from one team and add x amount of cash to the other team...

If the team can't cover it, they can't make the trade.
