My player just batted .359 (2nd in the league), had 225 hits (a career hight), stole 77 bases (led the league in every full seasons he's played), and just last season at 36 signed a 3 year extension. I end the season and when it comes back up, my player has retired. All his ratings are perfect!!!!! There was no reason for him to retire. WHAT HAPPENED??? He was going to break all kinds of records!!
I am playing in the year 2021, have the latest patch downloaded, and have changed nothing in the game, setup, or anything else. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!! |

Cr@p, it just happened to me too!
I just won the outstanding batter (4th in a row), all my stats were still maxed. Con 90, str 100, eye 50, and gap 80. In fact during the post season I got a contact increase to 100! This is the year I just had: G AB H 2B 3B HR RBI R BB K SB CS AVG OBP SLG OPS Teams 155 579 179 50 2 55 160 133 69 108 1 0 .309 .383 .687 1.070 OAK,AL My year was 2095, he was a catcher, with 2 years left on his contract. I have current version too. Same scenario, when the new season should have started, I was retired. BS
