Installation Problem

I just downloaded the setup file and when I try to ruun it it says "Could not run installation. File size expected=13911525, size returned=7534057. Can not create a new file when that file already exists."
Any help is appreciated.

I had the same problem for some reason you're not getting the whole file. If I remember right there are three dowload links. The one that worked for me was the "ootp ftp server". Hope this helps.

Couple other suggestions.

1. Clear your web browser cache before trying the download again.

2. Delete the old partially downoaded file.

3. Use internet explorer if possible. (AOL browsers had more problems.)
