Hard drive crashed!!!!! License is gone!!!!! emailed viatech to get my license number. Does anyone know the turnaround time for a response from them??? I am only asking this because I am not sure if my email is working correctly.

If you used an email service like hotmail or aol or yahoo or something and left the email with your order ID on the server, you can get your order ID from that email, if you stored all your ID's on the hard drive well and you lost the entire contents of your hard disk you will have to wait for Via Tech.
You might have better success calling them, not sure what the turn around time with email is... but they are pretty helpful about restoring liscences and issues of that nature. Just make sure you can prove purchase (either with the receipt / order ID or by having the credit card you bought the game with ready, so they can search their database and see that they really did charge a card by that number). They answered on the 2nd ring, with a live human being no less, and had my license count restored in less than 15 minutes.
