xxxpunkrock Minors (Double A) Join Date: Oct 2002 Posts: 116	good workout for a shortstop What would a good workout routine look like for a contact-hitting shortstop with average speed? My fitness level always seems to go down. Is that normal? Or should my workout be changed?
